Mr. Sherry is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and from Loyola Law School, where he was Order of the Coif.  Mr. Sherry formerly practiced in the Newport Beach Office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP.  Before becoming a lawyer, he was active in several real estate developments and remains a licensed real estate broker.  Mr. Sherry has published a number of articles on real estate taxation issues.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
